該輪進行了兩天的整（zhěng）改後，唯獨貨泵艙可燃氣體探（tàn）測係統故障一直無法解（jiě）決。船員與公司萬分（fèn）焦急，如果更換（huàn）整個報（bào）警係統，從廠家發貨到上船安裝將耽誤5天的船期（qī），經濟損（sǔn）失一百多萬。在了解到這個情況（kuàng）後，工作團快速建立一個三方的微信群，讓船方（fāng）拍設備（bèi）各個部位的視頻和圖片（piàn），發到群裏一一分析，逐個排除，在經過近四小時的遠程分析指導，最終找到了源頭，幫助船方（fāng）解決了問題（tí）。盡管當（dāng）時是周末休（xiū）息（xī）時間，且大（dà）霧預警信號生效中，為了盡量減（jiǎn）少船舶因船期（qī）延誤帶來的損失，員工隨（suí）身拿著防爆手機，第一時間登（dēng）船對（duì）其進（jìn）行安全（quán）複查進行了細致的拍攝記錄，使（shǐ）得該船在（zài）大霧預警取消後能及時離港。
